New location opened on Flamingo & 215. Was so crowded but worth the wait. Ordered our breakfast, not that complicated, wanted regular eggs instead of egg whites for my omelette didn't think it was a big deal & waiter said it was ok. I knew it was going to be bad when we first got our coffees and literally 10 mins later we got our pot of bread after reminding the waiter first. He said sorry & a couple of minutes later we finally got the pot of bread. Minutes later waiter returned to say sorry for the delay for the food but there were "issues in the kitchen." As we are getting our food the waiter comes by & says sorry but the chef won't make my omelette with regular eggs because it's on the menu with egg whites then quickly asked if I wanted to order something else from the menu and by this time we've been waiting like 25 mins for our food. But the other waitress handing us our food says of course you can get what you order which was an omelette with regular eggs. Then the waiter says oh I didn't know that. He then says I must of not put in the order correctly. He only admitted his mistake because the other waitress said it in front of him. So first he lied by blaming the chef that the order would not be done by the chef then when he got caught he said oh yeah I must not have put the order in right. So I asked to speak with the manager, Casey, & she was amazing. She apologized & said the waiter was new and there was no excuse for waiting until the wrong order was cooked & brought it to the table. It seemed he had done this to other tables as well because the table behind us was also having issues with their order from our same waiter. Casey took care of our entire meal. I told her I wasn't looking for anything free, just making her aware of the situation but she still took care of everything. So my upsetting late late breakfast was better thanks to Casey. And by the way I did get my omelette with regular eggs.
