  • Doug Gilbert is the best. I don't like having to buy a car. My car was 14 years old. I reserved a car and then wasn't crazy about it when I got there, I couldn't make up my mind and test drove 4 different vehicles and wandered the lot going back and forth for hours then I went back to the car I had reserved. Doug was never pushy, he was just the best to work with. The car had less miles on it than advertised. We got a great deal. I would definitely buy from CarMax again.
