My boyfriend and I went there on a Sunday around 1pm. It wasn't busy when we entered the shop, but it got busy a few minutes after.
I ordered the ham & Swiss croissant and an English breakfast tea and my boyfriend ordered spinach quiche and mushroom quiche. After paying and while waiting for our food, I was told that they don't have croissant so I went with the French baguette. There was a price difference and I waited for 5-10 minutes to get refunded on that. When the foods were served, I noticed that I didn't get my tea and I found out that it was sitting on the counter and the staff were not even sure if it was my English tea... The food was okay, I've had better in other places.
Not a good experience for a first time going there. But I liked the warm and welcoming atmosphere there. They have books to read, good lighting and good display of their foods.
Overall, service is 2.5/5.
