  • We purchased a media center with towers and bridge at the Glendale store on Friday and had it delivered two days later (they would have delivered next day, but we wouldn't be home.) They called us with a time frame for delivery between 8:15 and 10:45 on Sunday. They arrived at 9:15 and set everything up within half an hour. Unfortunately it wasn't centered on the wall as we had requested and while we were moving the towers which were attached to the bridge, the bridge broke away from the towers and crashed to the floor. It could not be put back without some major repair work. My husband called the store and they offered to replace the bridge and two towers. They will deliver and reinstall tomorrow (Tues.) We are delighted with the service and the cooperation of AFW's staff in promptly resolving our problem. We will do business with AFW again for sure!
