  • Worst customer service ever. I was planning on switching my family plan from T-Mobile to Sprint but it will NOT happen. I walked in and was greeted by a guy chewing gum with his mouth wide open like a cow. The employees there are useless. I'll pay extra at T-Mobile, to avoid being greeted by idiots.
