  • My AC stopped working right before winter so I didn't worry about it until now since it's getting so hot. After trying and failing to get ahold of two separate companies to come look at my AC, I stumbled on Alpha Air! Artur picked up right away and said he could come look at my AC unit that night (I didn't get home until 730pm and he was able to accommodate). Now my unit was old as hell so he told me what was broken, what was falling apart, and what was okay. I had the option to just fix what was broken or replace everything but in the end I decided that replacing the entire unit would be the best way to go in the long run. Artur never tried to "sell me" a new unit or anything which I really appreciate. He was very thorough with checking what exactly was wrong, informed me of my options and seemed to really care about helping me fix my unit! All in all this whole process only took four days and I'm sure it would have taken even less time had it not been the weekend and my work schedule! Thanks again to Artur and his team! :D
