First of all, one of the dim sum experiences is to pick from the stream cart what entices your tastebuds. No stream cart here. You ordered from the menu (which you have to match the pictured menu to the pick ticket that takes some time to process). Then you have wait to wave down some person that only takes the order not just anybody. Then you wait... and wait...before they come back and tell you they are out of what you ordered 10 mins ago. The process start all over again. If we were to pick from the cart this will not have to happen.
No about the food, we get the usual such as har gao, shiu mai dishes as we have always been when we venture into new city to try out their dim sum. It's consistent with their service. Less than luster. I had a piece of fried taro with pork that's rancid. So beware. Food is no better than just average at best. We paid for what ate and left before we get all our orders in. We went to Kam Fung.
