  • I had an appointment with Candace on the weekend and she was awesome! It was the first time I've been in and I had a colour with her, actually the first time Ive had my colour done in Canada. My natural hair is dark brown and I had bright copper done about 6 weeks ago back in Australia so my regrowth was hideous and my colour had faded out quite abit so Candace had her hands full. She asked me exactly what the end result was that I wanted and showed me options on a colour chart and talked me through the process before we got started. There was never an awkward silence or uncomfortable moment during the whole appointment she was super friendly and bubbly, all of the other staff were super friendly as well which is something I take note of because I work at a spa and have worked in spa and salons for the last 4 years. The salon itself is beautiful and has a warm and welcoming vibe and I find the prices very reasonable considering the level of experience of the staff and the downtown location. The end result looked amazing and she took time to style it for me for that night which made the colour look even better! Ive already booked with Candace again and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced hair stylist who is also just an awesome chick in general! She gets booked up pretty far in advance though but she is worth the wait.
