  • My parents have had Bulwark for just over a decade and after buying my first home, I knew where to turn. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman who told me that they would take care of me and also give my parents credit for their referral. Sam Smith showed up right on time (on a Saturday) and greeted me with a smile. Not only was he super friendly and easy to talk to, he was also highly knowledgeable and explained exactly what he uses to ensure that bugs don't get into my house. He also went above and beyond and gave me his personal number just in case anything popped up. I can't say enough good things about Sam, if you receive him as your tech you're lucky! Thanks for continuing to serve my family with excellence and to serve me at my first home. And happy holidays Sam, appreciate you greatly.
