  • The service here was slow. I even had an appointment. The first man that helped me kept talking to one of his friends the whole time. He was rude but then would turn to me and ask me questions about my phone. The second person who helped me was personal and got me in and out very fast. It really depends who you end up working with. This is one of the larger Apple stores I've seen. Like all Apple stores, they're crowded, but this one has high ceilings so it helps it not feel so clausterphobic
