If I was an egg I would want to grow up (or stay the same?) to be a monta egg.
The restaurant only fits like 3 1/2 people (on a good day) plus 2 tiny children which is why there's always a wait. Been here countless times, and there's always a wait and it's always worth it.
This ramen is what I compare all other ramen to. Don't think the noodles are hand made, don't care. Hot tea served in a soda can, don't care. Eggs probably don't come from cage free, free range chickens, don't care.
Sometimes when I'm eating soup somewhere else I get sad because I could be eating soup here. Their shoyu broth is so clear I can see my reflection and it shows who I am inside. Their egg, omg. 5 Stars for the egg alone.
