I was in the drive thru and the bartista (Tracy) told me what my total but I told her several times I wanted to use my stars but she was too distracted by taking the next order. And quickly grabbed my phone and scanned it. She got it fixed and then went to hand me my iced coffee and there wasn't any cream so I asked for some. I saw her dump a quarter of my coffee out and another lady added the cream. She must have not placed the lid on correctly because when she handed it to me 1/2 of it spilled all over my seat and center console. I showed her the coffee and said "you didn't put the lid on" her only response was "sorry" and handed me napkins. She didn't even try to make my experience better.
Now I have half a coffee, soaking wet seat (cream inside of seats will start to mold so I have to get my seats detailed), and feeling extremely disrespected.
I go to Starbucks almost every day and I have never ever felt so disrespect. I get that it's busy but a little customer service will go along way. Tracy definitely shouldn't making guest feel this way.
Update: wrote Starbucks about my experience and they handled the horrible experience.
