  • Plan on waiting a minimum of 45 minutes to call and make or change an appointment. Once you get them on the phone they say oh we'll call you back. You won't hear from them so you'll call and wait 45 minutes again only to hear "we'll call you back". This place has NO regard for their patents time! As I type this I've been on hold 37:13 to change an appointment time.
