  • When we arrived in Phoenix, we took the shuttle to the rental car facility which was really close. There was no line when we arrived and we were helped right away. We decided to upgrade our sedan to a luxury car and chose the BMW 3 Series for our trip. We did not choose the extra insurance, since my guy's insurance covers other cars in other states. You have to know which options to choose or you can get ripped off. I loved the car personally. It may have been a little more than we orginally expected to pay, but it was fun and very comfortable while we enjoyed our time in Phoenix.
