First time at the new location. I came here to see Jason Devore play and the place was so packed I immediately regretted driving out here from Mesa. I can't blame that on the business though, Jason is just very popular. This place is miniscule compared to their last location, with much fewer beers on tap, then again, they just opened. The first time I opened a tab I got two kiltlifters (they only had bottles) and it came out to $13 and some change, which I thought was rather steep. I then ordered a third beer and it was $4 and some change. When I ordered a fourth, it was a little over $6. Idk if they have kiltlifter in their POS system twice (maybe there is both draft and bottle in the computer) but I was rather annoyed that the price kept changing. Not to mention the only place a 12 oz. bottle of kiltlifter should cost more than $6 is at a ball game or a large concert venue. Maybe they'll work out the kinks, but either way I don't feel inclined to return.
Btw, the door guy was probably one of the most interesting people I ever met. I spent most of the time on the patio talking to him since the place was so vastly over capacity. That bouncer deserves 5 stars himself.
