For obvious reasons, most stores focus on practicing good customer service specifically to enhance sales. Nope, customer service doesn't END once a purchase is made or at least it shouldn't.
The moment I effectively tell Vegas Beauty Supply at 4995 S Fort Apache Rd Las Vegas, NV that the sales transaction was a failure; * One of the item was a bad product and I wanted to return the second one of those item and the other item I accidentally purchased two of the same products they refused even a simple exchange for the right produce the next day. "Things do happen"
You will lose business over a few dollar. Yes this is a test for Las Vegas Beauty Supply and in that case any business. According to my research, it's a test that retailers often FAIL.
When that happens to shopper like myself? I move on and yes share my experience. Trust me business do suffer. I held my emotion. Because it won't help to get angry or emotional. I move on and wish their business the best without my hard earned money.
After two years of getting my business this happens over some shampoo when I needed conditioner. I will travel the extra mile or pay the extra money with a company I can TRUST to have my BACK. Thanks for the lesson!!!
