  • Twice in the last year this store has mischarged me by the size of the box being mailed. 3 days ago I brought a 14"x14"×14" box in to be mailed. The charge was $41 and I was told that was the most economical delivery. That seemed like a lot of money so when I got home I was able to look at my receipt closely. The person who waited on me had entered the measurements of my box at 16x15x14 which was a $10 overcharge. I went back in to tell them and was politely told "oh sorry,nothing we can do about it"...don't go in here, go 1/2 Mile to UPS @Hualapai and Tropicana.
