  • as a hairstylist myself, I was extremely unimpressed with this salon. I simply had a pedicure done, just to check out the salon. From the minute I walked in, I felt unwelcome and very out of place. The front desk staff looked at me sideways, and weren't very "warm". As I was getting my pedicure done, I tried to strike up conversation with my nail tech. She seemed very bored with me/our conversation, almost as thought I was a bother. Their pedicure chairs are extremely impressive, sadly their equipment is really the only impressive thing there. My end result pedicure was alright, I've definitely had better at cheaper salons. I am trained in Aveda products and the "aveda way", but this salon did not seem to follow much of an all natural, aromatheraputic way. I think their only Aveda claim to fame is the products that they use and sell. Overall, this salon is far too overpriced for the mediocre services that one recieves, and the staff really isn't very friendly at all. There are far better salons in the Cuyahoga County area that one could go to for better services.
