Yesterday was my graduation, I ordered my graduation cake from them. When we went to pick it up our order wasn't complete and was missing some attributes such as the cap and other decorations. It pissed me off of course, but the bakery supervisor Julio Morino did everything possible to make my cake right within minutes. I can't rave enough how special he treated us. This is what I call a professionalism, the motivation he had to fix everything right away was absolutely admirable.
Although I was willing to pay after they fixed the cake he didn't accept the payment as he believes a customer should pay for what they ordered and received in a timely fashion.
I hope this feedback gets to the higher ups and Julio gets the recognition he deserves.
