  • If I could give it no stars I would. Service was great and Illinois.. Paid 500 and some change every year.. For moving to Arizona Mesa they. Charge me 390 something dollars of the 444 dollar credit I was supposed to receive for transferring. But I wasn't aware of that till today. They also didn't let me know that the city of Mesa has a $20 a year permit to own an alarm service in your place...... shouldn't have had to sign a new contract when I was just transferring from one state to another. Also if I cancel now it will be $1,000 and something for cancellation fees.. after 10 plus years of dedication this is the way they do me.. Had to pay a $100 permit fee plus the 20 the only one in the state of Arizona they did not notify me that I was supposed to have a permit so when the alarm went off falsely they find me the hundred dollars.. they are so full of crap I can't wait after pain 40 something dollars a month.. To get rid of their asses.
