| - Used to be good, not anymore! Have used Firefly for years at there Apache Junction location, and had good service as long as William was running things. He designed a great logo for my business, with fast install times, and quality installation. Fast forward to now. Apache Junction location no longer open, and William no longer with the company. I was directed to go to there Mesa store where I was assured the same quality service. Day 1, no problem, met with the designer, and discussed the vehicle and design options. Decided to use the same Logo already in there system, and they would email me with color options. Couple weeks pass, and no answer from them, I call and and told the designer assigned to my project is no longer there, and they are now behind, but will get to mine soon. Couple more weeks pass and I finally get my proofs via email to look at. I inspect the color options, and pick the the one I want, not noticing that someone on there design team, deleted, and changed the phone number from the logo we have been using for years. A week later, we get it installed, still not noticing the wrong phone number, I leave. Later that night, my tech noticed the number was wrong. Call them the next day, leave a voice mail. Never talk to a live person to discuss the issue, just a series of emails blaming me for not noticing there mistake. They were willing to fix it only if I payed the same price again. Someone from there design team for unknown reasons deleted the phone number of the already existing design, forgot what number they deleted, and inserted a different one. They resent my proofs (still with wrong phone number) so I can go someplace else. Never talked to a live person, all email. They don't even have the professionalism to call the customer and discuss the situation. Maybe we could have come to some compromise.
