I called them to check on my furnace that wasn't starting. They were able to come out same day to diagnose the problem. The service charge was $55 which isn't too bad. The tech showed up on time and with a courtesy call 20 minutes prior. He was very professional and knowledgeable, plus he had his shoe covers for when entering the house. It took him about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem which was the inducer motor. He quoted me $440 for a new inducer motor assembly. I thought that was a little expensive due to the fact that inducer motors run about $40-$60 for the part number I needed. He didn't have one available until the next day. So I started doing my research and found that it was a very simple replacement. I was able to find the motor by itself, not the whole assembly, for $35 on Amazon. The rest of the assembly parts which consisted of brackets, fan and wheel, dampeners and hardware made to cost go up and weren't really needed so I just ordered the motor. It came within a few days and the install was a piece of cake. My heat is now working perfect and much more quieter and I was able to save a few hundred dollars. I would recommend Infinity due to their professionalism and prompt response and can only assume that all of these company's markups will be high.
