  • Iain, you are correct that you refunded the inspection cost due to your mistake. You acknowledge that you made a mistake by that refund. You however have not done the right thing and refunded the money that we are out on the water heater (which is over $1800). Your over sight of the safety to this home and our family regarding the gas to the water heater was a cost that we as a home buyer could have asked the sellers to remedy before the purchase of this home. You took our options away by not catching it and then not owning up to the responsibility. I encourage your current business partners and clients to research the violations that you have through the Board of Technical Registration.
