  • I have lived in three (3) HOA;s and APM is the most unprofessional and negligent property management company I have ever had to deal with. The do very little right and most everything wrong. They routinely do not return phone calls and will routinely, when confronted, tell owners that their emails must have gone to "junk". They are incapable of maintaining a portal and send legally threatening notices to owners without warning letters. Stay as far away as you can
