  • Waste of time and money! I paid for my VIP wash at 3:03pm. At the time I pulled up there were only 2 other cars in the intake area and I began to worry because I saw car after car come through the wash but not mine. My car finally made it to the towel dry station and a gentlemen worked on my car for a few minutes and then heads out to another car. My car sat for a good 25 minutes before the second guy came to pass over the car with another towel. Meanwhile people who paid after me left in their cars. Finally at 3:58pm I am signaled to come take my car. I called and asked to speak to the manager but I was told that he was away but would call me right back. He never did. I then noticed that my car wasn't vacuumed and in addition to that a cd that was in the dash player along with a memory stick that was plugged into the data port were BOTH missing. What an awful experience.
