| - My girlfriend just moved in here and it's not perfect. But it's perfect for us. Lots of things to fix, but the price is right and the people that run the joint are fantastic. Barbara runs the outside and really takes pride in her work. Jenny runs the office and pays attention to the needs of the tenants, even if some of them are demanding without reason. The new maintenance guy Julian is on the spot and smart enough to know that if he can't fix it himself fast that he calls in the pros from Dover. It's not for rich people with bad attitudes who assume everyone should kiss their asses. But if you're willing to enjoy good neighbors, be a good neighbor and pay your rent, this is a great place to live. Plus you can't beat the location -- Fry's, El Super, Church's, Subway, Circle K, a Wells Fargo machine in the middle of nowhere, every auto shop on the planet, Wal Mart a few blocks away, the Old Brass Grille, the Hideaway -- possibly the best dive bar on the planet, Gojo the Ethiopian place and lots of small, family run restaurants to explore. It's on the Thomas Road bus route which is one of the longest running and furthest travelled routes in case you need it. It's a $10 uber to the airport or the train. This is a good place and the people that run it are only making it better!
