  • Worst customer experience. After you stop classes they bill you for an additional month, per contract. Then they overbill you that additional month, adding on a bogus late fee, then you have to talk with their terribly rude staff when they call threatening you with putting you in collections. Then they finally settle for more than you think is fair. Hassle hassle hassle. Beware!!!
