  • I'll tell right now.. My first experience with this company was in regards to a rental listing in Gilbert. I was dealing with a woman named Lynette! To be 100 percent honest with you, she was really not available! She was basically really hard to get a hold of to answer any of my questions regarding the property I eventually moved into. What changed everything for me was when I went though my final walk through prior to moving in... I walked in and noticed that the house was still dirty! Called Lynette and again she was nowhere to be found? But!!! Maureen was there a 100% percent, and assured me that even if she had to do it herself she would get the place cleaned, and "she" did!! She wiped the walls, and even cleaning the floor boards! Basically went out of her way to make sure I was happy before moving into the new place! Now That's real customer service!! Also, I was having a couple of issues with the back gate that wouldn't close properly... The maintenance man didnt have the right tools to fix it at the property... So Chris Nelson ( maintenance guy) took the door off of the back gate, took it home to repair it, and installed it the same day!! That is thinking outside of the box!! Awesome job rpm that's real service!! Thank you both!!
