  • Oh Kneaders... I have a love-hate relationship with this place. The salads are amazing!! The baked goods are delicious! The soups are so tasty! However, as others have already said in the reviews, the service is less-than-stellar all because of the wait time! The wait time is atrocious! Please, Kneaders, hire more people and/or do better training with the ones you have. I can tell that your staff is not working as a team and too much responsibility is falling on the shoulders of a few. I've literally sat and watched your staff as I bitterly waited for my food and it's a bit of a mess. I think this place has potential. But your staff has got to start working together.
