  • I love Sauce but this location has some of the most frustrating customer service I've ever seen. I called in a pick up order and was told I would be put on a brief hold. The "brief hold" ended up being over 6 minutes. Not sure why I didn't just hang up but I was really craving some Mac and cheese this night! When I got to the restaurant the line to order was out the door. They had two employees taking orders and doing to go orders while about 4 employees just stood around talking. I will probably drive a little farther to go to another location with better service next time.
