  • When calling to schedule an appointment, I told them that my carpet would need to be treated for pet stains. They told me that I could save some money by going to Petsmart and purchasing Natures Miracle pet stain remover. I really appreciated that they told me this to save me some money. Karl was the technician who came out to the house and he was an extremely nice guy. I expected him to try and up sell but he did not. He did a great job on my very old and worn out carpet. I would recommend them to anyone. In addition, they are priced very reasonably and gave me a 10 percent discount.
