  • This is such a sad review because I honestly love the building and all the amenities but management was such a bad and horrible experience... If you still decide that you want to stay here, feel free to contact me. I have proof of emails, and documents. I am happy to share my good and bad experiences with you. Ive added some tips.. please take them with strong strong recommendation. A P A R T M E N T I kept my apartment in near to perfect condition because to me, it's common courtesy. Even though I rented it, I swept and kept clean. I stayed in the studio room and loved it. The layout was beautiful, loved the granite countertops, and the bathroom space was large. You can see floor plans and pictures on their website. It is true to what is advertised. I loved living there. The builders, company and designers did a fantastic job. Every cent was worth it beauty and elegance. P U B L I C A R E A I lived on the fourth floor, beautiful views, and conveniently right next to the elevator. The general public open areas (hallways, carpeted areas, seats on the first floor, club room, computer area, pool) has always been kept so clean. Janitorial management is perfection and they do a wonderful job. Whenever I see them, I always thanked them because why not spread positivity and encouragement when they are doing a great job? C O N C I E R G E I absolutely love Frankie to death. He is the sweetest, most friendly, outgoing man ever. He is so personable and does a great job. He notices the little things and asks about your day. Its the little things and I really appreciate him. Whenever I ask him to help me get packages, he always says sure and is prompt. If hes busy, I don't force and I let him know it's ok and I can come back later. But he is so polite and just let's me know hes in the middle of something. Say hi to him for me!! He and I are best buds!! (Feel free to ask him about me.. he can tell you what kind of person I am..) P A Y M E N T For MCA, they recommend you to pay rent and AUM bills together, to MCA. Then they would pay AUM for you. Otherwise you'd have to pay a fee if you directly pay to AUM. Story 1: I am always pay early a few days or on the day of but never pay payments late. NEVER. But somehow, I always get charged late fees from AUM. How interesting is that? Then management says they will waive my late payment fees this "one time". In the 14 months I've lived there, I was charged 7 late fees. I sure as hell am not paying for the late fees. I even called AUM multiple times to tell them the situation, then I called MCA multiple times.. I have proof via pictures of checks on Wells Fargo and dates that MCA cashed my checks (which they do usually a few days after they receive it. Money hungry much?). I even made it easy for MCA by writing the amount owed and my AUM account number, on the check. Yet management still messed up. M A N A G E M E N T When I first moved in, Casey was a dream. He was so helpful and friendly. He was quick, and organized. He was such a gentlemen and so understanding. I honestly wish he were the apt manager. But thats the extent. Where do I even begin... Terrible. Because management was so bad at the beginning, the bosses changed managers to a few new people, including Jamie Jones. At first, when I spoke to Jamie, she spoke so highly of her values. I thought it would get better.. Boy, was I wrong. The move out process was a pain and it's still not rectified. She is dodgy, unreliable, and a pain to work with. She will make empty promised and then cover them up with excuses. For example, after emailing her multiple times, she would finally reply saying that she would contact AUM for the statements, and then send me a copy. 4 days passed and she didnt msg em anything. Funny thing is, the moment I saw her msg, I called AUM and asked them to send me the docs bc I wanted them directly from AUM to see if the docs match up. I received them within 10 mins of my call. Who knows how long it wouldve taken had I not followed up with Jamie. Then I ask her for her ledger and AUM docs, which she sends me in an empty message. She didnt even review it. So I spell it out for her, I break it down in a very organized, polite email, but she replies saying she will check it and see where the issue lies. The most recent email was from 3/10 and now 3/24 she still hasn't updated me. *** I was so fed up, because the issue isn't just about the money (but I would like to get my money back..). The issue is values and morals. I contacted the regional manager but these past two weeks, two unexpected family emergencies came up so I had to go back home, care for them, and I'm still coping. I considered reaching out but who knows how Much more time will be spent.. my time is better spent on what's important- my family. If the regional office reaches out to me, I will accommodate. Otherwise Im done. So here I spend 20 mins, writing this long ass review sharing some of my experiences.
