  • Stayed here for a few weeks and enjoyed my time for the most part. Cons are that it is expensive and gets very busy sometimes being so connected with the convention center. There is often something crazy going on. Garage parking is steep and they also charge for in-room internet unless you have a certain preferred status level. Pros are the location in Uptown (easily walkable to many eateries and sundries), awesome views, comfortable beds, great gym with pool, and the in-hotel restaurant, Ember Grille, which is pretty good. Easily one of the top hotels in Charlotte, though we are limited in our options!
