When I went to pick up my clothes, I looked at the black wool jacket I dropped off and it was still covered in lint.
When I asked him about it, he refused to look at it and rudely told me I needed to buy a lint roller and cover it to keep the lint off. I was shocked. I said that was fine, but that I shouldn't have to lint roll my jacket straight from the plastic at the dry cleaners!
Then I noticed my black suit (which is not wool) had lint all over it. He once again dismissed my complaints, held up a lint roller and shook at me saying, "I am the oldest one in town and I'm the only one doing this!"
Zero-stars for his rude service, but two stars for the other shirts and jackets looking good (because they aren't black and I can't see the lint most likely).
