rev:text	These people are a complete rip-off!! I've never been this upset ... I took in 4-ply cashmere sweaters, etc ... have had medical challenges, and was told there was a two hour intake wait. I went to my doctors appointment & did not make it back to this horrible place until the next day. I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do & that all of my clothes had been donated. I've called both donation centers & they have not received donations, nor have they sent any trucks out for pick up. THE GIRL I JUST SPOKE WITH TOLD ME MY CLOTHES (ALL OF THEM!!) WERE DONATED BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO FULL TO TAKE ANY MORE ITEMS!! Why wasn't I told this when I dropped off?!?! DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! My suggestion ... My Sister's Closet. Nothing but great intake (immediately) and MUCH better inventory than this TurnStyle Rip Off!! BTW - They told me they only donate to Sojourner & Bosom Buddies ... neither one works with them. I've called & spoken with the managers. I TRULY BELIEVE SOMEONE IN THAT STORE STOLD MY BELONGINGS!!
