  • I'm not impressed by Scottsdale Sports Medicine. I purchased the DEXA scan from Groupon and scheduled the appointment promptly. After the scan there was a "consultation" which is really just a brief overview of the two papers that were printed out which can easily be interpreted without any assistance. I had read online of more detailed reports and asked if they had them. Alex said they used to print out a 7-page report but that for the average person 2 pages was all they needed and it saved paper. I asked if I brought them paper if he would print it for me and all he said was, "No". I found this extremely unreasonable as I was requesting a more detailed report and even offered to bring in more paper for them and they would not consider it! I plan on doing this scan consistently over time but will definitely be looking for another place to go that cares about their customers.
