  • Their appraisal values are astronomical and unmoving. A terrible combination for a liquidation company. I had a bad enough experience dealing with them that I came here to review. It is a well executed clinical company but their appraisal prices are not congruent with true market value. I'd also be remiss if I did not mention I found them quite brash and rude, although that could be due to the hectic pace of the industry and the type of people they deal with. I was originally going to give two stars as I thought the company at least does what they say but then I recalled how they are condescending to customers and I felt compelled to place a one star review. Their customer service and response time was that appalling. They said they would help me load my purchase, then they were nowhere to be found when I started. This one star is due to how they treat their customers. They are so suspicious and paranoid that I couldn't help but feel that they should not be in the industry. See for yourself at their sales but be forewarned. I myself will think twice if I see their sign on Scottsdale Rd or internet posting.
