  • Not a company of their word! Had measurements taken by their designer Bob for an estimate a week and a half ago (June 16th)and was told we would receive the estimated cost and art rendering of possible options 4 days later. It has now been 10 days and have yet to hear anything from him or anyone. They have every possible contact option (email and cell) and still nothing. This is NOT a good way to gain our business. How do we trust you with 60k if you can't be trusted to send a simple email or make a call. Communication is key. That's just good business 101. Give your word and keep it!!!! UPDATE: June 27th, still no word from Bob! No contact what so ever!!!!
