  • I am very disappointed. I hired this company while we were in California, and it seemed fine although they bill for the month ahead. When we came back to Arizona, I was going to continue using them. However, they did not show up, then called and said they'd be their in 20 -30 minutes. No call, no show. My husband called to say we needed to hear from them, and explained the problem on the answering machine. Then, despite the fact that I had explained we had dogs and they had to let me know when they were coming, they just pulled up and proceeded to head for the back yard a few minutes ago. I told them that was not acceptable, and the guy started to give me a hard time. I fired them. I believe they may owe me a refund, but doubt I'll ever see it.
