  • I wouldn't give 1 star if I was forced to. I got w letter in the mail promising to get me a lower rate vs. another dealer I've recently visit. I brought the paper and they took it and I never saw it again. They got me into a car that day after the sales rep (Donte) completely lied to me about the car, I got a call a week later saying I needed to come back to finalize the finance papers. I sat down and the next guy immediately came and sat and said "so we're going to get you into a different car today because we couldn't get your finance completed." I was furious by this, I told them they can keep the car and take me home and I wanted my deposit back immediately. After about 45-1hr later they came back and said they took care of it and it's finalized. I signed the rest of the papers and they marked the price of the car up $600. I called them out and they acted like I was lying. I left and got my green slip days later and paid my registration. I got a call within a week of registering my car and was told that there are finance issues and it's not complete. My 2 precious finance reps are no longer working there and the finance manager calling me (Trent) is new. Knows nothing of my situation. So now I'm going back in the morning to return the car and demand my deposit and registration cost returned to me by them. This company is complete bullsh*t and I'm fed up with them. Wish I read the reviews. We need to get them shut down.
