  • I pretty much love everything here. Sometimes the quality could be more consistent and delivery of furniture takes longer than it really should (lots of backorders), but I love the style, so I always return. Unlike other reviewers, I haven't had any problems with staff at the Charlotte location. They have always greeted me, as well as ordered things for me for delivery when not in stock at the store and have often waived the shipping. I love this store and it's location!
