  • Update: 1/3/18 Brianna contacted me and asked to re do the full set at no cost to me. I went and the experience was a full 180 from the previous appointment. Brianna had a pleasant attitude and we chatted the whole time. She asked what I wanted my nails to look like and gave me what I asked for. Good shape and color. Soaked my nails and had cuticle oil put on. Pleased with the nails. I was so disappointed with my first time at this salon. I got a full set with Brianna. When I met her at the door there was no friendly greeting not even a smile. I asked her if she could do the set I saw on pinterest after showing her several pictures she said yes even though she was limited on her supplies. She didn't soak my nails to soften my cuticle she just started cutting them. Absolutely no talking to me only to her coworkers the whole time. Very awkward. She didn't do anything like what we talked about. The shape is wrong and the designs are not well done. No lotion or anything after. She didn't even say goodbye and thank you she just had someone else cash me out. For $70 plus a tip I would not recommend Brianna at all. My nail is starting the lift not even 24 hrs after getting them. So so disappointed. Tried to contact them no answer. Service and quality are null.
