I decided to email Woman-My Salon & Spa next day after the horrible haircut. I also attached a couple of pictures. I was expecting an invite to have my haircut fixed by someone else, a discount for return visit, "We're sorry" email, anything really. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response at all.
Another Yelper had her sweater stolen at Woman-My Salon and they didn't bother to address that issue either, so it's safe to say that this business ignores its customers, their concerns or complaints.
