This is the worst party city experience I've ever been to! An employee, Valerie had an attitude when I asked her questions about return policy! I had purchased giant balloon numbers from CA and needed it inflated in Vegas; unfortunately my receipt to get it inflated for free must have gotten blown away since it was a very windy morning! I asked Valerie if I can return the balloons I bought for store credit and repurchase new balloons with helium. She said no and came up with an excuse that it has to be returned at the location I purchased the balloons from. I kept the original balloons and purchased new ones to get them inflated for free... no receipt means $2.99 charge per balloon to inflate. I called another party city in CA regarding their return policy since Valerie was very rude and told me it would take hours for the store I purchased it from to find my purchase and refund me. She mentioned it would be easier with my phone number BUT how often does anyone ask for ur number when you purchase something???
the party city I contacted told me there's no problem with returns with no receipt as they will do store credit, etc. I went to a different party city to return the balloons and had no issue what so ever!
Valerie must not like her job, is racist because I'm Asian and/or just regularly is rude to customers!!!
