  • I was in dyer need of a couch and Mor was the first and only place I visited. I ended up purchasing a modern oversized couch with a chaise. From the beginning to the end I have no complaints on the service. The "sales people" were not pushy (always appreciated), but visible in case I had any questions. Due to the fact that I was in the midst of moving I forgot my form of payment. The Mor associate allowed me to fill out the proper paperwork for purchase and delivery and had someone call me within 15 min. of my requested time to gather a payment method once I arrived home. The delivery guys were quick and fast and cleaned up all of the packaging prior to leaving. The ONLY reason I gave Mor a 4 star vs. a 5 star was due to the fact that they had limited options in terms of "Modern" furniture. I know this may not deter some people, but if I were to ever search for additional furniture pieces I would have to look elsewhere.
