  • July 2015 I had six black males try to car jack me when I was trying to go to work. I had to pull out my handgun and call the police. The police never showed up after 2 hours and I went to work. I had two motorcycles stolen in a two month span on December 4th and March 3rd at this place costing me a 7200$ loss. Lived here for 5 years. Over the last year they started renting out to section 8 housing and very low income people started moving in. At the same time they raised my rent from 700$ a month to 820$. Do not move in here unless you want to overpay for rent and get carjacked. UPDATE: 03/20/2016 Came home from work at 730 AM to find someone had pried open over 60 mail boxes to steal mail. Fuck this place.
