  • I visited the store and the sectional was over $500 more than a competitor ($1,500 Northeast Factory Direct price vs $998 competitor price)for the same exact sectional. When the sales manager came over he beat the competitor price by $50 but would not order the configuration I needed. When I left the store I contacted the competitor and they will order the sectional in the configuration I needed with no issues. This place is great if you want to pay more than what the furniture is worth and get attitude from the store associates.
