I can't say enough about the chocolates, muffins, croissants or hot chocolate! I have gifted these chocolates to everyone I love and adore, and reccomend the dark caramel fleur de sel (crowd pleaser), the dark double o grand marnier (orange lover's), the just lemon (lemonheads;), scotch whiskey caramel (dude's), jalepeno caramel (spice addicts), and the maralumi or dark ganache for purists in love with chocolate (like myself). They have cute little bunnies and eggs for easter, chocolate Santa's for Christmas, red wine caramel hearts for Valentine's and chocolatier Patrick is always conconcting new combinations and honing flavour profiles in his laboratory in the back room. Classes are available if you want him to show you how it's done, or if you just want to play with chocolate! If your getting married, think wedding favours that are mouth watering. Oh yeah, and there is all that other good stuff like Fairly traded coffee in ecotainers, chocolate and vanilla frappés and Patrick's ice cream! Does it get any better? I suggest not.
