  • Had a great experience today at Courtesy. Joe Vassias our salesman was a lot of fun and braved the rain with us too. Jeremy Hough in finance was accommodating and helpful and quite easy to work with. Would definitely buy here again. Follow up, had to visit the parts department for a body trim replacement and had the pleasure of meeting Robert Fernandez there. He was very helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service by helping me out with removing some very important hardware from my core turn in that I would need for the new parts. Way to go Robert! He also followed up by phone with parts orders. Robert is why I won't hesitate coming back to Courtesy for original parts! Keep up the great work. A satisfied Courtesy customer indeed.
