  • I am completely apalled at my experience at this apple store. I bought my first mini mac, thinking they were better computers and I would have something long lasting. I was wrong. The computer was so slow, that my 8 year old dell pc was faster. When i had to waste my time getting a refund at this store, because the product didn't work, the sales people weren't e;mpathetic or honest. They just had excuses, saying it was an older model. Well, then why would they sell it as a new computer or such a terrible product. And I was just using it for basic email and internet purposes. I don't even download or stream. Their warranty policy is only 14 days which is ridiculous, and I had to fight for an extended warranty. DON'T EVER BUY THE MINI MAC, OR ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE WITH THE 14 DAY WARRANTY POLICY.
